Welcome to Winterflood Counselling, a safe space for adults and adolescents to explore their emotions, address challenges, and work towards healing and personal growth.

I am an experienced counsellor working in areas around Maidstone and Ashford. With over 16 years of dedicated experience in providing emotional support, including nearly a decade serving in a professional counseling capacity, I bring a wealth of expertise to my work.

Having gained valuable experience within public and charitable organizations, complimented by six years managing my own private practice.

As a person centred counsellor, the counselling sessions I offer are client-led, meaning that I will value you at all times. Together we will work on the things which you feel are most important. I offer both short and longer term approaches meaning that we can move at a pace to suit you; together we will find a way of working which feels comfortable for you, and you will feel less alone in the process.

My values as a counsellor include warmth, openness, respectfulness and humour, meaning that I work in a friendly, down-to-earth way to build a strong therapeutic relationship helping you to feel safe to talk about, and explore whatever's going on for you.
